Turns out Catalina was working with another delivery company who promised to send me the piece read more... s that fell off, claiming they found them, so I could glue them back on, but he NEVER shipped them. So Now I have missing pieces of wood on my stools and I can't even glue it back on. Regardless of professionally, Catalina should have set a higher standard for the driver she hired to actually ship my missing piece back.
